Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to information you send through this website. It is written plainly on purpose.
What is collected
Only what you type into the contact form: your first name, last name, email address, and your message. Nothing else is asked for, and there are no accounts, adverts, or tracking cookies on this site.
How it is used
Your message is sent to my email inbox so that I can reply to your enquiry. It is used for that, and for any work that follows from it. It is never sold, and never passed to anyone for marketing.
Who else sees it
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a service that passes the message to my inbox, and the site itself is hosted by Vercel. Both handle the message only in order to deliver it. My email is provided by Google.
How long it is kept
Enquiries stay in my email account for as long as they are useful for our correspondence or for records I am required to keep. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to staceynaylor.work@gmail.comand I will respond. If you are not satisfied with how I have handled your information, you can raise it with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Confidentiality in client work
Information shared with me in the course of virtual assistant work, including anything relating to healthcare administration, is treated as confidential, kept only as long as the work requires, and handled under whatever agreement we have in place.
